Lester Viles
North Portland Project

The Founder of the North Portland Business Association, Lester Viles, provided a bequest in his estate in favor of NPBA.  Within the rules of the bequest, a trust was established called the Lester Viles North Portland Project (LVNPP).  The funds of this trust will be used to provide  grants.

As the beneficiary of the trust, the North Portland Business Association will fulfill its obligations, to LVNPP by administering the grants and grant process.

Grant applications are accepted between February 1 and March 31.

There are three PDF format documents needed to apply for a grant.  You are strongly urged to download and read each of these carefully.  Materials may also be requested by mail addressed to:  NPBA Grant Documents,  PO Box 17183,  Portland, OR  97217
